Can you provide independent legal advice?
Because we do not provide legal services to your company, we are independent of you and can therefore provide independent legal advice to your employees about their Compromise Agreements.
Can you visit the site?
Where there are a number of Compromise Agreements involved, we can arrange for our solicitors to attend your site and provide the advice on site if required.
How many Agreements can you handle?
There is no limit to the number of Compromise Agreements we can deal with. The service can provide advice to one person or up to hundreds of people. We will discuss with you how long will be needed for the advice to be given, where best to see the employees and how much it will cost.
What are your charges?
Our charges depend upon the volume of compromise agreements to be sent. We are happy to discuss your individual requirement and will always look to agree a fixed rate per compromise agreement for volume instructions. We do not charge employees additional amounts for advising on a compromise agreement.
The compromise agreement service is a specialist service and we limit our advice to advising on compromise agreements. In those circumstances we would not represent the employee in any claim against the company.
